Things to check:
1. Username/password is case sensative.
2. Your CapLock should be OFF when input manually or copy/pasting.
3. When copy and paste, do not copy any space in front or after.
4. Mistaken "l" with "1", "0" with "O"..etc...
5. Mistaken username with password.
6. Went to wrong website!

The ULTIMATE solution: DO NOT USE Internet Explorer (IE)
IE9 or 8 is very buggy!! If you have done everything correctly but still can not login, then IE is the culprit.
This in fact is a well known IE bug. If you google, you will see the outrage out there.
Worse, this bug is completely random.
There was a complicated fix put together by community which reset the IE setting. But Microsoft blocked the fix. And their own fix NEVER worked!
Why are they doing this stupid stant? I give you a hint, it seems the bug does not effect Window based server, which is only about 15% of all servers in the world.

Use Google Chrome or Firefox. We recommend Chrome, it's fast, simple, secure. A million times better than IE trash.

How to play our videos ?

Our videos are MP4 standard videos and are playable by all video players, PC, Mac or Linux.

Can iPad or iPhone play our videos?

i-Devices can play our MP4 videos, our MP4 videos are i-Ready.

However, iPad1 or iPhone1-3 may not play our higher resolution MP4 videos due to hardware limitation.

Can TV play our videos?

Depends on how old is your TV. If your TV is less than 2 years old, it's a good chance it can.

Normally new TV has plug and play capability, copy our videos to a Flash Drive or Portable Harddrive, plug into TV's USB port and viola it plays!
